With the impact of Covid the Richmond Carvers have created a virtual Carving Show & Competition, The Richmond Carvers' "Artistry in Wood" Virtual Carving Show. Deadline for entries May 28.
Wildfowl Carving Magazine’s Third Annual Online Competition
You can start entering this Wildfowl Carving Competition on May 1 with a final deadline of May 31.
A note from the editor of the Wildfowl Carving Magazine:
Aside from all the other things, carvers have seen their favorite shows get cancelled due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. We hope that our online competition will help, at least in some way, to fill the gap. And as our way to support the carving community, we have decided to drop the registration fees from $35 to $10, and we will donate 100% of the registration fees to the United Way’s Covid-19 Community Response and Recovery Fund. We hope you will enter your carving and look forward to seeing what the wildfowl carvers out there are creating.
